1. The service

FlightOnHold charges a service fee to arrange a flight reservation through a registered travel agency. A reservation is not a ticket: no fare is paid and no e-ticket number is issued.

2. Validity and cancellation

Reservations are held for at least 48 hours from booking or activation and are then cancelled automatically. Airlines may cancel reservations earlier under their own rules.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide passenger names exactly as on travel documents.
• Check whether a reservation meets the requirements of the embassy, authority or carrier you present it to. FlightOnHold does not guarantee acceptance.
• Do not present a reservation as a paid ticket or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Changes and refunds

Reservations can't be refunded once created. The Flexible option allows one change while the reservation is valid. If a booking fails after payment, you may retry or request a refund.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order.
